Today we received a photo from a customer who has been slowly converting his store from “cheap” or commodity displays to Fortress displays. Here’s that photo, along with his caption:
“There were Staccatos, Talos, Tyler customs and Nighthawks on the top shelf when the case failed. Cheap cases cost money! There was over $25K of 1911’s on the top shelves and many suppressors below. We now have damaged items. From this point forward all our items will be in FORTRESS DISPLAYS.”
Fortress Shelves have been tested to bear at least 100 lbs. The average 1911 handgun weights about 2.5 lbs. That would allow for at least forty handguns per shelf. At that point weight isn’t the issue – “floorspace” for that shelf is.
At Fortress we live up to our name – in all dimensions. You paid a lot for your inventory; pay a little more for a display to ensure its protection from all hazards…and optimize its merchandising appeal.
